Special metal profiles

Damilano Group is specialized in manufacturing of cold-formed metal sections (standard-type or made on the basis of Customer’s drawings)

25 cold-shaping lines – located on a covered area of 14.000 m2 – are capable to process 1000 tons/months of raw materials, and provide production of sections with variable thickness up to 60/10. Width of coils to be processed varies from few mm up to 850 mm.

This division is capable to design and construct in-house all the necessary equipment for forming, starting from cutting dies to rolls, accessories, cutting and manual dies.

Thanks to its high specialised technical staff, the company designs the required details on the basis of the specific Customer’s demands in order to reduce and optimise costs of production and, consequently, the costs of the finished product.
