Damilano Group was founded in 1980 as a supply and installation company for false ceilings, plasterboard walls and raised floors, a branch of the company that is now called Damilano Build.

Towards the end of the 80s, the production of standard and special profiles made according to customer’s drawings was integrated and intensified.

In 1995 the Company expanded with a new mechanical division that allows to co-design with the customer the particular required looking for the best production and cost solution. This allows the same division to design and build internally all the necessary equipment for profiling starting from the cutting dies to get to the rollers, accessories, cutting and shooting dies.

After a long experience as a supplier of components for agricultural machinery, Damilano Group develops in 2015 a new internal division: Terra Implements.

Terra Implements specializes in the design and industrial production of agricultural machinery for haymaking.

In early 2019, Damilano Group decided to expand its range of agricultural machinery by acquiring the production of Autocaricanti Riberi.

A company with a modern and innovative organizational structure, Damilano Group is constantly evolving to be always in step with the needs of customers and the market.
